What Do These Blood Reports Indicate?

Question: I take Diazepam, 30-40mg daily, and got an OWI ticket, as meds were blamed because there was no alcohol whatsoever. I might fight it in court, as I feel my state of panic at the time made me fail the field sobriety tests. How do I interpret the blood test results; I feel I was within the therapeutic range, and have been on my meds awhile. The blood sample they took showed Diazepam 310 ng/mL, Nordiazepam 820 ng/mL, Oxazepam 55 ng/mL and Temazepam 49 ng/mL. Also Butalbital 7.8 mcg/mL, Amphetamine (Adderal RX) 97 ng/mL. I also take Lamotragine (200mg) and Zoloft (100 mg) daily. They really raked me over the coals and said I "was on something", taking breathalizer 3 times to see 0.000. My psychiatrist does not believe I'm compromised by my meds and neither do I. What are your thoughts on my meds?
