Brief Answer:
Findings suggests raised lymphocyte count.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Findings suggests raised lymphocyte count. It is generally due to benign causes and it may be due to recent viral infection etc.It may correct with treatment of underlying cause.

Findings also suggests marginally raised PCV and hemoglobin level. It may be due to hypoxia(found in smokers, high altitude etc),use of certain medicines etc.
However, findings also need clinical correlation and it is almost acceptable.

Brief Answer:
Findings are not related to headache, neck pain at all.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings are not related to headache, neck pain at all.
Headache, neck ache may be due to many reasons like refractive error, cervical spine problem etc.
You may need clinical correlation and may need eye test, cervical spine X-ray (AP/Lateral view) etc after evaluation.
Treatment depend upon findings.
