Question : Hi, My wife is 11 week 5 days Pragnent, her double marker test - sonography is scheduled on Monday. Blood test done and we got result.The value are as below
HCGb = 83 ng/mL
PAPP-A = 5760 mu/L
Please tell us is it ok or we are at any risk?

Please upload the complete scanned report as the levels alone per se are unimportant unless compared through the biparietal diameter and collectively compared by means of a graph. So please upload the report.

Actually Scanning is scheduled on monday so we only have blood report as of now..can it be possible to make out from this numbers of Hcgb and PAPP-A?

The PAPPA levels are really high but the hcg levels are low, so it is likely to be negative screen but this double marker is not a full proof test and following NT SCAN and even a triple screen at 15-18 weeks would indeed be more sensitive.
