Question : Hello Dr.
My HBA1C is 5.7.
In report, the reference point says that <=5.6 is normal and 5.7 to 6.4 is pre-diabetes.
can you please advice if I need to worry.
Do I need to do further investigation to confirm this?

Dear friend, greetings.. from HCM. you are normal no need to worry . follow lifestyle advices. reduce carbohydrates, take more of proteins, take good amount of green leafy vegetables and fruits. wall and expensive practice yoga and pranayamas. check your fasting, post prandial glucose with HbA1c along with lipid profile after a period of 1 year . love stress free life . wish you good health . thanks
