What Do These Blood Reports Indicate?

just got my blood test reports. pl guide and suggest medicines..
Severe Vitamin D deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query
According to your reports, you have very severe Vitamin D deficiency.
Other reports are normal. It would be helpful to get these blood tests too - Serum Phosphorus, Blood Calcium, Serum Alkaline phosphatase, Serum PTH.
You need to be treated for Vitamin D deficiency work medication and diet changes.
Get adequate sunlight exposure for 30 minutes a day at 3:00PM after applying sunscreen daily. Eat a diet rich in nuts, oily fish, eggs, lean meat, chicken.
You may take Vit D3 (eg. Tablet Sunbless 60k) once a week for 6 weeks. Take Tablet Shelcal CT twice a day for 6 weeks.
Get your blood Vitamin D levels tested after 2 months.
Get adequate sleep of 6 hours daily. Perform Yoga for stress relief. Apply pain killer gels for muscle pain. Drink plenty of water daily. Exercise regularly.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
Regards,
Dr.Aashish Raghu

I am attaching my heel xray and Spinal Chord MRI report for your further guidance... This was suggested due to pain in my left heel, since last 3 months and less sensation in front portion of left thigh. pl further guide...
Analysis
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the X-ray and MRI reports.
The Xray report is normal. You could be suffering from Plantar fascitis. Use MCR or Microcellular rubber footwear or silicone inserts in the footwear under the toes and heel. Perform calf muscle stretching and plantar fascia stretching exercises.
The decreased sensation in front of the thigh is not sure due to the spine problem but a condition called Meralgia paraesthetica, where there may be a nerve compression in the groin just above the thigh due to the tight belt, constant sitting or heavy exercise. Avoid the same, avoid forward bending or lifting weights.
Apply warm packs to the groin. Take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg at night for a month (please obtain the necessary prescription from your local physician). Avoid driving if you feel giddy after the medicine.
Regards

Just came from my local spinal chord specialist and Ortho... he saw my Xray of heel and told that there is some swelling at last bone and also problem of planter... suggested some exercise and medicines... also told "3"Â is very severer deficiency in Vit D.
Suggested some medicines.. prescription attached for your suggestion... he also suggested that i need to take vit D booster which is not available everywhere and need some experience, as he was outside XXXXXXX and having lot of research thatswhy he knows, thats what he said and this booster is not allowed to give at XXXXXXX birla as not having FDI certificates and all.... so he recommended to come at his personal hospital for this booster which costs 1800 Rs per booster which to take 2 times in a week for one month..... Guide me on this also....
Needs further tests before you take 'booster treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I have viewed your Doctor's prescription. He is treating you for the Vitamin deficiency.
The booster that he mentioned is probably Parathormone treatment which costs about the same.
I do not personally recommend this treatment right away unless you do blood tests like Serum PTH level, Serum Calcium, Serum Phosphorus and Serum Alkaline phosphatase.
Please start the treatment given by your Doctor as of now and get the tests done.

Prescription not required for blood tests
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I'm sorry I won't be able to provide you prescription.
You can just tell the diagnostic centre to do the tests mentioned. No need for special prescription for that.
