Question : Dear Sir,
Please see the attached results and it looks like my cholestrol results are not up to the mark. Can you please advise, if the results are really worry some or life style changes should be fine as my results were under control just 2 weeks before. I was travelling and didn't have control on my diet in the last weeks. I have attached both of the reports for your review. I have started doing brisk walk daily for 2 hours. I am taking blood pressure medicines and its under control.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about, need some precautions
Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the details provided by you i would like to tell you that yes your cholesterol levels are slightly raised but the good thing is that you are aware of that and have already started taking precautions.
As of now life style changes along with healthy diet, no smoking and daily exercise or brisk morning walks will be sufficient and will bring down the levels.
Repeat your lipid profile after 3 months of following these healthy lifestyle changes, no need to repeat it before that.
I hope this information will relieve your worries and guide you properly.
