You have absolutely normal reports.
Total leukocyte(WBC) count is within normal limit.Its normal range is 4000-13000 /cu mm.
Polymorphs (Neutrophil) count is also within normal limit.
ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate )is increased,it may be due to recent history of fever.
So,your findings are not serious at all.

But my monocyte and basophils are 0%
So is there any thing to worry XXXXXXX that???

Low monocyte count is also related to infection.Normal level of monocyte count is 2% to 8%.
Some bacterial infection causes lowering of monocyte count in blood.It may also be due to deficiency of vitamins like vitamin B 12 and folic acid,so you can empirically take Vitamin B complex capsule and folic acid tablet once daily .
Normal basophil count is 0-2 %.
So,your findings are not serious at all.
