Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

After reviewing the patient cardiac echo results I would like to say that she suffers from severe aortic stenosis. Patients with severe aortic stenosis needs cardiac surgery in to replace aortic valve with valvular prosthesis.

Since your patients has gallbladder issue that need Abdominal surgery, you should plan to do Abdominal surgery togetherwithaortic valve replacement (cardiac surgery).

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
