Brief Answer:
Please upload all the results

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Please upload the entire report as the importance of the values you have mentioned depends on certain other values. Calcium level depends on Albumin, Cardiac risk depends on Total cholesterol to HDL ratio etc
I find that you have a high HDL value
This decreases the cardiac risk from the bad cholesterol .

Brief Answer:
Mildly abnormal and good diet and lifestyle helpful

Detailed Answer:
Lipid profile and blood sugar if done in a fasting state are abnormal to a mild degree.
FBS is best below 100. FBS above 126 is consistent with diabetes. Total cholesterol below 200 and LDL below 100. HDL is good value and TC / HDL ratio is good. Corrected Calcium is OK.
If you are over weight, you should follow a low carb, low GI diet low in animal fats , lose weight, exercise 30 minutes or more a day .
You could take Metformin along with it as it reduces Insulin resistance and helps you normalize the blood sugar and give cardiovascular protection.
Best wishes,
