Brief Answer:
Metabolic disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I could go through the report. The following parameters are not in normal range
Total Cholesterol (should be under 180mg/dl), Triglycerides (should be under 150mg/dl), HDL (should be more than 45mg/dl), LDL (should be under 100mg/dl). The liver enzymes are also increased especially the SGPT, their ratio is skewed.

I wish to know if you are over weight and tested for fasting blood sugar and blood pressure as well.

If you are overweight and have abnormal fasting blood sugar and blood pressure you are most likely having Metabolic syndrome. This is extremely common in people who lead sedentary life, do not exercise and have unhealthy food habits.

This problem can be reversed with following measures
1) Extremely and disciplined behaviour in terms of food choice. Healthy and clean food and drinking water. Avoid high calorie foods like milk products (chesse, butter, ghee, sweets, etc)
2) Regular exercise up to 5 hours a week.
3) Compliance to medications.
4) Say NO to medications that can affect liver.

I suggest you to meet an Internal Medicine doctor, a dietitian and lifestyle consultant in your area.
