Brief Answer:
Not dangerous, near normal levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1.All values are within normal limits, except potassium which is mildly raised.
2. Increased potassium can cause irritability, nausea, vomiting, intestinal colic and diarrhea. I do not expect this level to cause these symptoms. Usually more than 6 or 7, these symptoms occur.
3. It is possibly due to excessive dietary intake as you are not on any potassium sparing diuretics.
4. Avoid food containing potassium like banana, potato, avocada, nuts etc. for a few days. Also drink plenty of water. It could help.
5. If you get any of the above symptoms, check potassium levels. If increased, you might require potassium binding agents. At present, you are well.
6. All the values are near normal. No danger.
7. Blood pressure, systolic mildly elevated. 140 is ok. Mild anxiety can raise it. Diastolic is really good at eighty.
8. Continue with moderate exercises, weight reduction and nutritious diet.

Hope it helps.

Face heating problem Conect with thyroid. Because hole day I feel face heating or this is psychiatric trouble
doctor
Answered by Dr. Jyothi B L (9 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Not thyroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

Thyroid if more only, would cause feeling of heat/warmth all over body. It would affect all over body and not face alone. Your TSH would be low and not high in hyperthyroidism. Its not thyroid.

Only face, causes could be nutritional deficiency of vitamin B-complex or sun exposure with allergy.

If you are not using any specific creams, try moisturizers along with B-complex and Vit E supplements.
If you are using one, stop it and try sunscreen block when in sun along with B-complex and Vit E supplements.
Take plenty of water.

Psychiatrist, you can give a thought, when above does not work.

Hope it helps.
