What Do These Following CT Scan Findings Indicate?

Question: I just got these CT results back and I don't meet with my ENT until the 21st. Could this be the cause of the dizziness I feel everytime I get up and walk? What does the results mean?

Brief Answer:
Your CT scan is mostly normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello
The ct scan report looks more or less normal except for mild sinus inflammation , which can be normal in many patients.
You do not need medications for it and can be managed with steam inhalation thrice a day for 2 weeks.
Your cause for giddiness cannot be due to this ct finding and I suggest you meet a neurologist. He will examine you and guide you further
Take care
