I am unsure as to why the breathlessness is still there. And what should i do about the wrist problem. The swelling of the vein is still there and it pains sometimes which is uncomfortable. Your all reports are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
Thanks for your direct query.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Your both reports, D dimer and spirometry are normal.
So no need to worry for pulmonary embolism or other lung related diseases.
Can you send me your wrist picture at present?

Thanks for the reply sir. That lessens the worry but i am still wondering about the wrist problem. Attached are two pictures of wrist one which shows the current situation and the other gives the description: The red circle is the point from where blood was taken.

The Blue rectangle is the area in which sometimes small red bulging dots come out. The dots are not painful but are horrifying to look at as it seems blood is seeping inside. I wonder why in this area dots come when the red circle is away from it. Swelling and pain of the swollen vein is still there. Please advise.

And also can this clot (show in small red circle) travel to the body in future?

Brief Answer:
I think you are having muscular pain.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have seen both the images.
I don't think it is related to blood collection or vascular pain.
Possibility of muscular pain is more.
Are you taking any painkiller or muscle relaxant for this?

Thank you so much doctor.
I have been prescribed the 3 tablets as given in the query description above. I dont know if they are muscle relaxants. I would also request you to go through the picture description in the last follow up question. I am worried if there is a clot, can it travel inside the body (lungs or heart)? Advise will be highly appreciated

Brief Answer:
You have not taken any muscle relaxant drug.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I have gone through the drug list.
One is antacid.
One is painkiller.
One is anxiolytic.
So you have not taken muscle relaxant drug.
In my opinion, you should take combination of painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
And why etizolam?
Do you have stressful life?

Etizolam because doctor said that breathlessness might be due to anxiety. Otherwise I dont have stressful life, rather I live alone in a peaceful area.
Also i have been asking you about the clot problem, please advise me on that referring to the follow up chats.

No need to worry for clot formation or travel to heart or lungs.

Detailed Answer:

I can understand your concern.
No need to worry for clot formation or travel to heart or lungs.
And yes, anxiety can cause unexplained breathlessness with normal reports.
If you wish I can give you trade names for combination of painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Also let me know whether your symptoms are improved after taking those three drugs or not.

-Thank you so much and yes Sir, Sure please suggest some muscle relaxants if you feel the need is.
-Secondly I ll let you the status once I take these 3 drugs for 10-12 days.
-And lastly should I not worry about the breathlessness that I am facing because its in and off comes and goes. I mean if there is an issue the breathlessness should persist always. I am worried about this

Brief Answer:
Start combination of diclofenac and thiocolchicoside.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
Thiocolchicoside is the preferred muscle relaxant. Combination with diclofenac is easily available.
Your should start this combination (diclofenac and thiocolchicoside). Take it 1 tablet twice daily after light food to avoid acidity. XXXXXXX MR is the brand name.
And since your PFT and D dimer are normal, no need to worry for lung related diseases for your breathlessness.
Sometimes stress and anxiety can also cause similar kind of breathing problem.
So finish your current drugs and let me know how much you are improving.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
