Brief Answer:
Medicines and exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

I have gone through your MRI report which suggest L3-L4,L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc bulges with neural foramina narrowing.
Medicines and spinal exercises should be tried first and if no response occurs, surgery may be indicated.
A typical prescription which may help is-
Tab. Etoshine-MR 1 BD(after meals)
Tab. Pantocid-40 1 OD(empty stomach)
Tab. Maxmala forte(Pregabalin-methylcobalamin) 1 OD
Tab. Duloxetine 60 mg once a day
Tab. Shelcal 1 tab BD
Spinal exercises should be done,as advised by a physiotherapist.
MEDICINES SHOULD BE TAKEN UNDER GUIDANCE ONLY.

Hope that helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
