Question : 1) I want to know if it is feasible to get MRI pics for 2nd opinion? 2) numbness for the torn rotator cuff is worsening, shall I just request surgery or will I be forced to get a 2nd MRI on that issue? 3) Is the PD and cuff related symptoms?

Hello again!

If you mean to have MRI pics reviewed by me, yes it is possible. A MRI has hundreds of images though, extracting them one by one is not practical neither for you to upload nor for me to review. I suggest you do as follows: go to CD/DVD directory and browse a folder called Dicom - right click, send to compressed (zipped) folder (that way you'll have all images in one file) - upload that file to a file sharing service like Dropbox, Google drive etc - provide the link for me to download.
If you do not see a Dicom folder (at times it is labelled simply with a letter, number etc), simply select and zip all the CD/DVD content, I'll sort it out.

Regarding the rotator cuff issue, since it has been a long time now I suggest you go for surgery, if the surgeon thinks a 2nd MRI necessary he'll request it himself, it's not a decision which is for you to take.

PD doesn't cause a rotator cuff tear, rotator cuff tears do not affect PD either. At times PD related stiffness or pain may be mistaken with rotator cuff issues, but in your case the rotator cuff tear has been confirmed with a MRI I suppose, so not the cause. The two shouldn't be related.
