Brief Answer:
Degenerative changes in Spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being here again.

I have gone through your MRI report which mentions about disc bulges at cervical(C3-C4,C4-C5 and C5-C6) and lumbar(L3-L4,L4-L5 and L5-S1) spine. These changes will not cause migraine or the low BP problem you mentioned.

These are degenerative spine changes. These changes usually result in back/neck/extremities pain and paresthesias(abnormal sensations) in extremities, which you have not mentioned in your complaints.Anyhow,I would suggest you to get your 25-hydroxy vitamin D status done to rule out vitamin D deficiency.

Hope it helps. If you have further questions, you are most welcome.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Of course, the symptoms you have mentioned now are well explained by the MRI findings.I would suggest you to go for medicines as exemplified in the prescription below-
1)Tab. Maxmala forte 1 OD
2)Tab Symbal 60 mg OD
3)Tab. Shelcal 1 BD
4)Syrup arachitol nano once a week
5)Vitamin B12 injections therapy

Along with spinal exercises are mandatory. Please learn them from a physiotherapist.

PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A PHYSICIAN ONLY.

Hope that helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
