Question : I have my MTBC test done and the result is "Positive". Also had HSG test in which Fallopian tubes are open. So now, can you please tell me what is the risk and medication for my MTBC.

Hi,

I understand your concerns.

HSG report of fallopian tubes is good news. Unfortunately health of fallopian tubes cannot be assessed by HSG alone and laparoscopy is better choice for this.

However MTBC test positive needs to be treated. Better to start AKT treatment that lasts for four months. You can take further fertility treatment only after completing AKT treatment.
