Brief Answer:
moderate bone loss, periodontal therapy.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the bone loss is concerned it can be secondary to deposits. Particularly in the upper and lower front teeth there is moderate bone loss which can treated by periodontal therapy( root planing and flap surgery) followed by maintaining a good oral hygiene. In the lower back teeth there is mild bone loss. This can be treated by scaling and root planing.
Nothing to worry about losing the teeth. Consult a good periodontist and get it treated. I hope I have answered your query. if you have any queries reply me back. take care.

can bone grafts be placed at the front and back to repair the lost bone?
also is there a way to massage the gums with your finger tips?

I do not understand when you say "nothing to worry about losing the teeth". Please be direct. Are these teeth able to be saved from tooth loss?

Brief Answer:
bone grafts, consult periodontist

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
The sentence nothing to worry means, right now the teeth are in that bad condition where you will lose your teeth in few months. You can maintain these teeth for many years. You consult a good periodontist and get it evaluated. Bone grafts or emdogain can be tried but the prognosis will be poor. You can get a gum surgery done and maintain thereafter by proper oral hygiene measures.
I hope i have answered your query. Take care

Brief Answer:
I am sorry, sufficient bone support is there, need not to worry

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
I am extremely sorry it was a spelling mistake. You don't have to worry, your teeth will be strong for many more years. As per the images the teeth have sufficient bone support in the back teeth but in the front teeth there is moderate bone loss that can be treated with gum surgery and grafting. You need to maintain the oral hygiene after the gum surgery.
I am extremely sorry for the mistake.

the periodontists put a sub givgival graft and connective tissue graft at the frontbottom.
what about a bone graft is it possible to save the teeth then?
are you sure they will be lost?

why would the periodontists say the patient (xrays you seen) is going to keep his teeth?

Brief Answer:
teeth will stay for some years, we cannot predict for how long

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
The subgingival graft is nothing but the connective tissue grafts used to cover the receded or lost gums. To put grafts we need support from atleast one or two sides(bone should be present on one or two side). In case of front teeth it is not possible. Since you have already been taken the subgingival graft and splinting done, that is last treatment option. Nothing to worry. Whatever bone structure which has lost in the front teeth cannot be reversed back. So maintain the oral hygiene by following regular brushing and getting your teeth cleaned once in 8 to 9 months.

What the periodobtist has told is right only. Even I am not telling you that, you will lose the teeth immediately. I am telling you the same that you will not lose the teeth immediately. Compare to the back teeth the life span of the front teeth is less. It might be retained for some more years. We cannot predict exactly for how many years these teeth will be there. It depends upon how you maintain the teeth.
I hope I have answered your query. Take care.
