What Do These Following X-rays Findings Indicate?

Question : hello sir,
my son was born with arthrogryposis and he had his both hips dislocated from birth..he underwent a surgery to correct his left hip dislocation on 11th april 2016..i am attaching three xray reports along with this question with jpg imaged named 8109 and 8110 are of 14 july when his standing was not started and imaged named jpg 7870 where we have taken his xray today to compare the healing and to make sure the hip and the ball are in perfect place....i'd request u to please let me know how is the healing as compared to the previous xray.....is the hip and the ball in the proper place where it is supposed to be? how do u find the overall xray post surgery?? please give a detailed reply and i will be thankful to u...he is due for his nxt hip surgery in november this year..HE WAS BORN ON 5 SEP 2014

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached X-rays. After the surgery the head of femur is now in the proper place. The ball is now just near its socket. The surgery done is correct. This will gradually heal and take shape. The healing is going well. There is no need to worry. After the second hip is also corrected then he will be able to walk normally. Please do not worry and go ahead with the next surgery.
