What Do These Following Biopsy Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi,
Its been a week since my endoscopy, and my pathology report has been sitting in my online records and I dont know what it means. Can you help explain to me what the findings were and what kind of diseases cause this?

Your biopsy report suggests normal findings.
Stomach mucosa(inner lining)are normal.It is benign in nature and there are no signs of malignancy.
Oesophagus findings are also normal.There are reactive findings in mucosa,it may be due to GERD etc.

In short,there is nothing to be worried about.Findings are normal.
