Question : I have been tested (reports attached) my Testosterone levels are at 223 at age of 34 with FSH at 0.93 and LH 2.12 and Prolactin at 6.84. I got brain MRI tested and my pituitary hight measured at 3.2 mm

My friend suggested that i will never be able to do sex and produce babies on above report.

Is the above opinion correct. I am getting married on 01 December, 2016 shall i cancel my marriage ?

Brief Answer:
Further assessment is required to determine reproductive capacity

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

Your pituitary size seem to be within the normal limits.

Testosterone and FSH levels are below the normal range for your age and sex.

It's important to identify the cause for this change before commenting on your reproductive capacity.

I advise you to get an scrotal ultrasound Doppler, seminal analysis and a testicular biopsy for further information.

Once these results are out, I can accurately tell you if your issue is reversible or irreversible and further treatment aspects.

Kindly update me with test reports.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Dear Doctor I will get this tests done but my immediate requirement is if I will be able to do sex. Producing babies is not a big concern but if I am not able to do sex that will have bigger ramifications. I am masturbation from last 15 years and discharge happens within 1 minute. I just need to clarify as some student of medicine told me after seeing reports that I will never be able to do sex.

Brief Answer:
Adequate erection is the prequisite for the satisfied sexual act.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

If you can get adequate erection during masturbation, then you can perform the sexual act with great comfort.

It's only the strength and length of erection, that decides the penetrative act.

So most possibly sexual act shouldn't be a problem to you.

Only when there is erectile dysfunction, a man loses ability to perform the sexual act.

Thank you.

Dear Doctor,

I will be really grateful as i one more day to decide on marriage

I still dont know if my erection is proper.

I have attached pics of my penis in rest position and morning erect position.

Is there any way you could by seeing pics let me know if erection is enough to penetrate ?

Brief Answer:
Erectile length seem to be Okay

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I have just worked through your attached pics.

Going by it, they seem to be okay wet to length of erect penis.

The other factor that determines sexual prowess is the ability to main the turgor /strength of the penis during the sexual act.

In other words, the erect penis should not become flaccid during the act of penetration and coitus.

These parameters can also be indirectly assesed through the tests I mentioned you to take in my earlier response.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
