Brief Answer:
Get treated for UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
I have studied the attached reports.
Following are the issues found in your reports:
1. High WBC counts - that represents infection.
2. Pus cells in urine - that represents Urinary Tract infection.
3. High Triglycerides- A part of cholesterol.
You need to get a Urine culture done and to be started on antibiotics for Urinary Tract infection. The WBC counts seems to be high because of that only.
Now as far as your triglycerides are concerned they are extremely high and you need to get them under range. For this purpose you need to get Statins prescribed by your doctor and you should start workouts with low fat diet.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
