I have gone through the reports.
The urinary report shows 5-10 WBC,leucocyte esterase and blood in urine. All these are suggestive of urinary tract infection.A culture sensitivity of urine should be done to know the causative organism.
The biochemistry report shows glucose 98,BUN-5,chloride -98,SGPT -87,total bilirubin-2.3.Out of these glucose,BUN and chloride level is out of range but considered to be normal and I won't be overly worried for this.
But SGPT-87 and bilirubin-2.3 shows that there is jaundice and very mild hepatitis.
Urinary tract infection(UTI) can be associated with hepatitis also and it resolves with treatment of UTI. No specific treatment for hepatitis is needed.
Hemogram and peripheral smear again shows infection(Suggested by band cells) with relative lymphocytosis(78% of lymphocyte and blast).
Relative lymphocytosis with blast is considered to be a serious condition(abnormal lyphoreticular proliferation)but in presence of abnormally raised total leukocyte count.
In your case the total count is normal so I would like to get it repeated after 2 weeks to see whether it is improving or progressing.
In short the report is suggestive of UTI with mild hepatitis and needs to be treated with antibiotic after sending the urine culture.
I hope this helps.
If you need any further clarification I shall be glad to answer.
Regards
