                                    Brief Answer:
stage 2 hypertension ,increase doses of antihypertensives
Detailed Answer:
Hi
again
According to JNC 7 hypertension is classified as -
Classification of Blood Pressure (BP)*
SBP mmHg DBP mmHg
Normal <120 <80
Prehypertension 120–139 80–89
Hypertension, Stage 1 140–159 90–99
Hypertension, Stage 2 ≥160 ≥100
So you are in stage 2 hypertension despite of taking medicines, though it has nothing to do with costochondritis ,yet you should ask your cardioogist to increase the dose of lisinopril,a dual combination with amlodipine can also be used .
Thank you.
