Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have worked through your query and attached reports in detail.

Certain significant abnormalities are noted in your blood reports.

They are as follows.

1.Lipid abnormality-Dyslipidemia.

2.Elevated Uric acid-Hyperuricemia.

3.Mildly deranged liver function.

4.Altered blood counts with elevated RBC and hemoglobin and ferritin -need to rule out hemosiderosis.

5.Low Vit D-Osteomalacia severe deficiency.

Point 4 require revaluation.Repeat blood counts, RBC INDICES , Serum Iron studies and Peripheral blood smear after 2 weeks. If the results are still abnormal, we will go for screening of Hemosiderosis.

At this point, it is important to get evaluated for serum vitamin B12 levels as low folic acid levels are detected.

Lipid abnormalities require dietary management, physical activity and oral antilipid medications in a phased manner.

Serum uric acid can be lowered with restriction of all foods rich in uric acid like tomato, spinach, fast foods, fatty foods .Repeat Serum uric acid after 2 weeks.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
