Thanks for writing in to health care magic.
The problem of nose bleed may or may not be related to hypertension rather more frequently it is due to damage to local vessels due to dryness and crusting.
But hypertension and lipid derangement certainly need physicians assessment. You should also get Thyroid profile done.
You should avoid fried an fatty foods and sweets.
You should do breakfast before 8am and the dinner should be light.
I am listing most of the advisable content for a general orientation for you. You may tailor made according to your choices.
Include more of whole pulses, legumes, milk products, soya products, peanut butter, nuts and dry fruits, chicken in your diet. Avoid junk foods, oily foods, carbonated beverages, alcohol, saturated sweets which will eventually suppress your hunger, substitute with fruit milkshakes, chicken / tuna sandwich, boiled pulses like rajma, chole, paneer tikka, tofu sandwiches, dry fruit milkshakes, lassi, buttermilk, whole milk, groundnut chikki/ burfi, green banana which have balanced carbohydrate and protein and low in fat.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have any follow up queries or doubts, you can forward them for me, and I shall be glad to help you.
Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Just follow broad advise already expressed

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome back.
I have seen your reports.
Your thyroid profile has been normal so no need for repeating.
Only get lipid profile.
Nose bleed has nothing to do with eggs intake.
You should discard crntral yellowish ball in boiled egg just to avoid cholesterol.
Otherwise you do not need very tight dieting just follow the advise in my previous answer.
I hope it will help.
