What Do These Following Blood Reports Indicate?

Question : Hi

Attached are my Grandma's most recent reports.

Please note that her sugar level, BP and Heart Beat are fluctuating rapidly.

Today morning only her Fasting sugar was good 120 but after having meal with proper medication ( see name in latest day report) it fluctuated to 220.

Same way BP and Heart beat fluctuates rapidly.

Please provide some expert comments about these fluctuation.

Also note she's having cholestrol problem also.

Can she eat fruits at this time.
