Question : Hi Doctor I got my LFT done ,complete hemogram and pancreatic test.pfa the report.I can see some enzymes are elavted. I smoke n drink often.wats the medicine. Though I hv thought to quit smoke n drink.

Hi,
Thanks for uploading the reports.

Your pancreatic enzymes look fine.
Your liver enzymes are elevated.
SGPT is more than SGOT.
GGT is raised
Albumin globulin ratio is more than one.

Though some of these can occur with alcohol, other causes should be ruled out.

HBsAg, anti HCV and ultrasound scan of the abdomen should be done next if not done already.

Quit alcohol and take Heptagon capsules twice a day.
