What Do These Following Blood Reports Indicate?

Iam 37 year old female. Recently got my blood tests done but im little worried about alkaline phosphate and SGPT levels. Also my iron and haemoglobin is less. The report shows some disturbed levels in Blood cells and all as well.
I was not well this year since XXXXXXX and suffered from Typhoid, throat infections for long long time, UTI and Cervical Spondilitys. Iam taking following medicines
Fludac 20, Gabapentin NT, Pregablin 75, Thryronorm 100 (hypothyroid since 10 years), Glycomet 1000 (insulin resistence).
I need help from your end in determining this report if anything is serious?
Thanks
You need Iron Supplementation.
Detailed Answer:
HI
Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.
I went through all your reports and these are my findings and recommendations:
1. Low Iron Levels and Low Hemoglobin : You need to be supplemented with Iron > I recommend you to take Tab Orofer 2 times a day for 3 months and repeat Complete Hemogram after 3 months .
2. Your Liver enzymes are mildly elevated : It could be due to past viral infection and nothing needs to be done for that. Just avoid Alcohol consumption and repeat LFT after 3 months.
3. Your TSH is extremely normal and hence I recommend you to reduce dose of Thyronorm from 100mcg daily to 100mcg 6 days a week . Repeat TSH after 3 months.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.
Regards.
