Brief Answer:
You might want to calm down and implement these changes.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

If I were you, I would not panic.
I would calm down and read the facts.
These are medical facts and suggestions.
Try and follow them.
Take a blood test after a month.
You might find most values normalized.

1. It is obvious to begin with that you do not have any malignancy, meaning cancer, that is serious. This is evident because though your serum amylase levels are slightly over the mark, they are certainly not cancerous. This means that you are safe from metastatic cancerous problems.
2. I would politely enquire if there is any history of alcohol drinking. If there is, then kindly try to reduce it.
3. Try to take iron supplements for anemic blood scan. If you do not wish side effects of iron supplements like constipation (temporary). You also have the option of eating more spinach and beetroots, the most commonly available vegetables that supply iron naturally.
4. I seriously doubt that anything is wrong with your pancreas. Though you may have hepatic issues.
5. A long list of reports might cause a person to panic.

I would like your opinions on this.

Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

Dear doctor,
I forgot to give some history about me. i had a gallbladder removal at 2013. I have constipation problem(Morning 3 times minimum). My Eletrolytes Sr. chloride 101.2(102-109). Tc- 12.9 g/dl(13.0-18.0) rbc-4.4 millon cells / cu.mm(4.5-5.9) Basophils 00 (01-02). My Cardiologist doctor given the following medicines :
(1) udiliv 150 mg (twice daily after lunch & dinner) for 1 month
(2) Orofer XT (Once daily after lunch) for 3 month
(3) Setra 25 mg (After Breakfast) 2 month
(4) AtoZ capsule (After Breakfast) 1 month
(5) Rivotril 0.5 mg (Before bedtime) continue
and i take thyronorm 75 mcg (for my thyroid problem) and pan 40 in empty stomach

Now my problem is gassy loose motion type stools(First time color is blakish type), mild pain Left & right side Under my chest. My body weight is 64 kg.and my height is 5 feet 2 inch. one thing i discuss about my blood report with another doctor in a hospital. She said that Iron binding is ok but iron is low so this is not iron deficiency anaemia. Is it true? Plz give me the food restriction(Which i can take or not to take).I cant smoke and drink alcohol. Will I discuss with any gastroenterologist about this problem? or continue the medicines as doctor gave. I had gastritis problem also. one more question : I fell down from stairs one day before when i gave blood to test. 11th XXXXXXX i fallen from stairs and for my pain i took etopa 400 and at night i took acceclofenac sr tablet. Is these medicines effects on blood report because i gave blood 12 june?

Brief Answer:
4 solutions for your health problems.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

1. Neither Aceclofenac SR or Etopa 400 have any effect on your blood count.
2. For gas issues, I would suggest "Milk of magnesia" or take pantoprazole or
omeprazole capsules. You might want a domperidone combination. These are very easily available over the counter. 1 capsule must be taken at night.
3. If iron binding is low, she is right in saying that you do not have iron deficiency
anemia. This is a medical fact. It is true. You have sufficient iron, but cannot utilize it.
4. I will ask you to continue the medicines you are taking, and ask your gastroenterologist about this issue. That is your best option.

All your questions have been answered.
