Brief Answer:
Findings may suggests anemia, gall bladder calculus and renal problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your mother findings may suggests iron deficiency anemia.
She may need iron and folic acid tablet supplementation.
She may need to take one tablet daily with lemon water. She should also take iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, jaggery, dates etc.

Ultrasound findings suggests presence of calculus in gall bladder.
She may need definitive treatment for gall bladder calculus.Definitive treatment of gall bladder calculus is Cholecystectomy(surgical removal of gall bladder).
Gall bladder calculus are prone to obstruction and infection. So,it is better to get rid of it.

Raised creatinine may suggest renal disease.
This condition need proper evaluation.
Complete renal function should be assessed. It includes random blood sugar, serum urea, creatinine clearance,GFR,serum sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphate etc.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
