Brief Answer:
It looks like an Upper respiratory tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
You are probably suffering from an infection of your upper respiratory tract or a Viral infection.
The ESR and CRP are acute phase reactants and will always come raised in cases of acute infections. You dont need to worry about them. Your Hb is normal. TLC is normal. Neutrophils are in the higher range suggestive of some mild to moderate infection. Platelets are normal so we need not worry about Dengue or other such illnesses.
I would advice you continue with the treatment given by your Doctor. If there is evidence of infection in the Upper respiratory tract which can be known by an ENT Specialist examination then I would prefer to start antibiotics like Tab Ceftum or Augmentin for 5 to 7 days.
But, it would be preferable to see an ENT Specialist before that.
Otherwise, it all seems normal and do not worry about the ESR and CRP.
Take care and I will wait for your response if there are other queries that you need answered.

Brief Answer:
Take Tab Combiflam.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
You are most welcome.
For the pain you can do warm saline gargles. Take some hot water not very hot and a pinch of salt to the glass and gargle two to three times a day.
Have lots of watet to drink and increase your fluid intake. I usually prescribe Tab Combiflam two to three times a day on full stomach. This relieves the pain and you will feel better.
Take care and do let me know if there is any other query.

Hello Doctor,
As earlier I had mentioned about fever.
My fever has gone on last week Thursday till now there is no fever.
But after next day from Friday to Monday I got severe weakness, Unable to eat or stand, just wanted to sleep.
From Tomorrow I recover a lot, feeling much better, Able to eat, feeling hungry, and can be walk properly from Today, But some amount of cough is there.

Today I had done another test of CBC, CRP, ESR, URINE and LIVER PROFILE.
In Liver profile test total bilirubin shows little higher, Protein and Serum Globulin shows little lower.
Please go through my new report and describe me that liver test is related to jaundice.

Brief Answer:
Reports are almost normal. Start high protein diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
It is very good news that you are feeling good now.
Your reports also reflect the same thing.
Your ESR and CRP have normalised.
Rest all investigations are also within normal limits. The decrease in your protein and albumin is due to improper or inadequate diet specially low proteins. That could be leading to the Bilirubin derangement also.
I suggest you start on a high protein diet with increased white meat, pulses, beans and egg whites. Then get yourself tested after a month.
But there is nothing to worry about now. You are fine. Just start a high protein diet.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
You are still having after effects of the illness.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for your reply.
You are probably still feeling the after effects of the illness. Rise in BP and pulse rate suggests that the illness is just leaving your body. No need to worry about BP.
But you need a lot of rest, fluids and a very healthy diet. Specially high on proteins.
You should be fine in 10 to 12 days or so.
As for cough you could take any Apectorant syrup but dont take Codeine or any other centrally acting cough suppressants. Also take steam inhalation twice a day.
Take care and speedy recovery.
