Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr.XXXX,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.

I presume that you got these investigations done as a matter of check up and you do not have any complaints or illness. It is good to get health check up at early age so as to anticipate future illness and to prevent it.
Your most of reports are within normal limits. But you have rightly shown concern about your cholesterol.
Your serum cholesterol should remain below 150 and your LDL should remain below 100. HDL cholesterol is protective cholesterol and is quite good in your case.

For reducing LDL and serum cholesterol you should follow following suggestions.
1.Avoid fatty food.you must avoid ghee, butter , fast and fatty food. take any oil either sunflower or cottonseed or groundnut oil in quantity not more than half a kilo per month.
2.Go for regular exercise. You should go for brisk walk or cycling or swimming for 30 minutes daily at least 5 days a week. Also perform Gym exercise to build muscles and resistant training 30 minutes twice a week.
3.Avoid undue stress and tension.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol.
Repeat your lipid profile after 3 months of regular practice of above suggestions.

If your do not get the target then you may have to consider medicines like statins. Mostly it will not be needed . You need to maintain healthy life style
My best wishes
Dr.teli.
