What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question : Hello DR,
I am a 51 yr old Female. All my other blood work and urinalysis numbers were within normal range. I have an appt to see a urologist but I like to be better prepared for the worst possible news ahead of time. I handle things better that way. I was told stones but was wondering if the cells and mucus results means possible cancer as well.
BMI 34
Type2 Diabetes diagnosed 2/2015 Family History (Paternal Type1, Maternal Type2)
Hypertension diagnosed 2011
High Cholesterol diagnosed 2015
No gallbladder - removed 2013
SQUAMOUS EPITHELIAL CELLS, URINE SED, AUTOMATED COUNT, QUAL Few,
MUCOUS, UR SED, QL, AUTOMATED COUNT Present
RBC Urine 4-10

no there is no suggestion of cancer

Thanks for your query.

In these reports there is no suggestion of cancer. Epithelial cells and few mucus cells are normal in urine. And the RBC s may suggest stones as they have already suspected.

What does the ultrasound show? That would determine further course of action.
