What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question : Doctor, we exchanged messages a while back regarding myself n my wife. Now my test results have come. Everything is fine ( urine culture, PSA, liver function, kidney function, haemogram, blood sugar) with some abnormally in esr around 23, thyroid is slightly high but T3 and T4 are normal, vitamin b12 is low, my cholesterol is high.

Am on doxycycline and have completed 9 days now. My doctor here suggests with these test results and my physical appearance and regular checkup its him on various pretexts for last two months I should not worry about sexually transmitted diseases as things are normal and with doxycycline and arithromycin we have covered for quite a few transmitted illness symptomatically.

Look forward to your advice, given my history... Shall I still do some more tests or just forget these like bad dream.

The various parameters get perturbed if STD occurs. I went through your reports I see no reason to worry about. I reassure you that everything is fine. You need some lifestyle changes like reducing fat intake in diet, avoid oily, spicy and junk food. Do brisk walking for at least half an hour daily. ESR is not that much deranged to get worried about. Take neurobion forte for 1 months to replenish vit B12 levels. Eat protein rich and healthy diet. On infection front I see no issues. I would recommend no further tests.Yes ensure that antibiotic course is completed.
