What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: I am currently on day 27 of cycle trying to conceive. My cycles are usually 26 to 33 days last 2 months been 26 days. I have done a preg test its negative. Clearblue fertility monitor has shown high up until day 25 which was low so when should my period start please? I feel I will never be a mum and am really worried

I have now started bleeding which is good. Please look through my reports and see if you think I can conceive naturally. The ultrasound report I have I have since had another scan and cyst has resolved
