Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question, reports and understand your concerns.
There is nothing abnormal in reports.
The symptoms you describe are not specific to any particular neurological involvement.
You may be having neuropathy.
You should get a nerve conduction study to rule out any such possibility.
If nerve conduction study is normal then possibility of stress related symptoms are more likely.
You can continue lyrica and increase the dose.
SSRI like amitryptiline, nortryptiline, sertraline, paroxitine may be added too.
Take multi vitamin and calcium supplements too.
No emg report uploaded.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Hello,
You are having some changes in nerve conduction studies.
You need detailed examination and investigations under neurologist.
Routine testing like blood sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12, renal function test, liver function test are normal.
You need to get examined for other possibilities like myeloma, exposure to any drug or toxins.
