What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: Recently got the medical tests done for myself & my wife. In reports, few of the paramteres are not within limits. Kindly suggest the corrective actions.

Hi,
Thank you for query.

I saw the reports. Your reports are fine except low urea levels and vitamin D levels.
Low urea levels can occur in malnutrition and inadequate intake of protein diet.
Try to take adequate proteins like lentils, sprouts,egg, milk.
Get an ultrasound abdomen done.
Take lot of fruits
Your vitamin D levels are low for which you can take calcium supplements like T.shelcal 500mg once daily for 2 months.

Actually, I feel weakness & tired throughout the day. I also find difficult to sleep.

Your wife's report indicates that she has uterine fibroid. consult a gynecologist for further treatment.

weakness is because of Vitamin-D deficiency. Take Calcium supplements as advised and also you can take sesame powder for quick results.
