Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
I would suggest testing vitamin D levels as well.
Testing a CV Doppler and echocardiography also is a good idea.
Medicines seem to be appropriate, if started after the reports.
If started before, you need to step up atorvastatin to 20 mg.
Thyroid looks fine.
For sugars, you need to add a daily exercise regime.
Have you looked up DASH diet? If not you should.

If you need any specific information, please specify.
Best of luck, Dr Mittal
