What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?
Question: hello doctor,
please find attached reports and suggest what to do as soon as podsible. because my father's sugar is going very high even after giving insulin injection.
please suggest diet chart too. and what to do in future ?

Dear Mr. XXXXXXX hi ! welcome to HCM.
I have gone through the reports, but could not find the treatment presently your father is taking. so I cannot suggest what changes to make.
his hemoglobin is also low, and creat is high. I could not find HbA1c, Lipid profile, TSH & FT4, LFT.
I mean most of the reports are of CBC, Dengue reactive in one report. They are done , it seems at the time of some acute infection.
kindly send me the other reports and the treatment plan.
