Question : Refer to my previous question.I am attaching the file report.
I also again consult with treating cardiologist, but as per him may its feeling due to Physiology. But I don't think so.

Most of the time suddenly I wake up at night and I noticed my check feeing heaviness and heavy in heartbeat.(gastro issue or other )?
Having constipation problem very much, Also even a small physical work(10-15 stair walking) I feel palpation very tired.
My vitamin D test was 4 last time.
Could you please again suggest if any other further investigations required apart from Cardiology test ?

Thanks for posting a direct query. I will try to help you as best as I can.
I have read your description of symptoms and also seen all your reports including the one from previous query. I feel you are drinking unsafe water and your symptoms are resulting from infection-Giardiasis. Your constipation is not suggestive of this infestation but your report is suggesting it. Tiredness and palpitation may also be due to it. So I will treat it.
I suggest that you take tablet metronidazole 500 mg twice a day for 7 days. Consult your doctor for a prescription for the same.
You also have triple phosphate in urine which may predispose to stone formation in kidneys. Do you have any pain in back or abdomen? If yes, then you may need an ultrasound abdomen.
Please drink cleaner water (TDS<20 PPM) from an RO system only. Drinks lots of water to flush out your kidneys. Avoid mineral water. Avoid eating outside food or unclean water/juices. Avoid raw meat. Avoid coming in contact with infected pets (dogs, cats). This should take care of both issues for now.
