What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: Hello Dr XXXXXXX

Hope you remember me. I have sent aborted fetus to further examination. We sent it to NIMS , XXXXXXX They said there will 3 type of examinations on the aborted baby(fetus) such as
1.FETAL AUTOSPY ,
2.LARGE SP >3 BLOCKS
3.DIGITAL X RAY SINGLE VIEW

They have taken complete details from me and also I have submitted all the reports and test results we had from the start of pregnancy.
They have also said that this whole process would take time and the results would come after 5 to 6 months.
We would like to go for genetic counseling. Please suggest the best doctor in my area. I reside in XXXXXXX Telangana state.

Could you please also suggest if we need to go for any prenatal tests or something which related to genetics . We would like to let you know that we will not plan next pregnancy till the results come.

Yes definitely it is alright to have protected intercourse during this time period.
Condoms are good if you are comfortable with condom usage.
Alternatively, your wife can use oral contraceptive pills to avoid a pregnancy.

Thank you XXXXXXX I am glad for your valuable inputs and suggestions ,really appreciate your quick response in this regard . Could you please prescribe the oral contraceptive medicine and it's dosage. We will use condom but in case we need to have a pill then it is better to have in kit box. Please share the pill name and it's dosage. Is it safe to use , do you think it has any side effects ?

Hello again.
There are various contraceptive pills available in the market.
IT is best to start with the pill containing the lowest possible dosage of hormones.
Femilon is a good brand to start with.
It is started one pill per day from the fifth day of periods and taken for 21 days.
Once one packet is finished, the lady gets her period after stopping the pills.
After the period, a new pack is started again from the 5th day of periods.
There are no major side effects.
A few minor ones may occur such as headache, bloating, nausea etc, but they mostly disappear in a few days' time.
Yes I think it is quite safe if condoms are not acceptable.
If she has no major medical history or risk factor, then pills may definitely be taken.
