Brief Answer:
please follow detailed answer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist from Fortis Hospital.
As per your old queries & current reports you already know you have hypothyroidism & is on 12.5mcg of Thyroxine tab.
For correction of Vit D3, you need Vitamin D3 XXXXXXX 60k / week for 3 months(brand name - calcirol). This needs to be taken mixed in milk & can be taken at any period of time.
For correction of Vit B12, which is very important for our body in various functions, you need to take Mecobalamine tablet once daily for at least a year.
Rest of reports are fine. Lipid profile is not that bad & will improve with diet management, exercise.
Wishing you good health.
