Question : Dear Sir ,

Good Morning!

Please find attached the medical papers of a person, who is suffering from K/C/O NHL , the patient was earlier diagnosed with Non Hodking Lymphoma (NHL) - stage -3 in 2008. Where he has already undergone treatment and being recovered, and resumed his work, now the same person has agained suffered from NHL and undergoing chemotherapy , I need an opinion if the same is reoccurance of the previous diagnosis or not. I have attached few medical papers for your reference.

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Its a recurrent disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So its a recurrent dlbcl. Lymphoma although curable can relapse after a prolong period. The treatment which the patient has received is good enough. After finishing chemo, autologous marrow transplant should be done.
Thanks and regards
