Question: hi, please refer the attached reports. I am male 38 yrs with weight 110kg.
my left leg have issues, I have already gone through a surgery and now I can't climb stairs . I am also getting se voice when walking. although no pain when walking normally

I have seen the attached report. You had an injury to the knee joint that has caused an irregular surface of the bone due to scarring. This irregular surface causes pain during any stressful movement of the knee. There is also evidence of osteoarthjritic changes in the knee.
The main treatment of this problem is rest and taking joint lubricant supplements regularly and to avoid all the painful movements.
In case the pain is unbearable then joint resurfacing or replacement are the only options available for you.
