Brief Answer:
Failed pregnancy most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I have reviewed the ultrasound photographs.

The reports suggest a pregnancy of gestational age very less than the calculated age by the last menstrual period.

It can be present in missed abortion or blighted ovum.
If there is no history of prolonged periods, then one should go termination of pregnancy.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
