Brief Answer:
Blood work and vitals are ok.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query,
Have gone through all your reports.
As far as your blood work up is concerned it's normal.Though you can see some oranges in your reports,But don't worry we treat patient and not numbers.
Your blood pressure is slightly elevated better termed as prehypertensive stage. Most likely increased levels of anxiety is responsible for it.
I would advice you to follow life style modification for 3 months.
Exercise daily for 45 minutes.
Take olive oil in food.
Include 30 gram fibres in your diet.
Try to go for brisk walk everyday.
I think blood pressure will return to normal after 3 months of lifestyle modification.

As per as your query regarding thyroid is concerned-
Your reports are normal.TSH levels are normal,Your T4 is slightly raise but has got no significance.

Apart from that from cardiology point of view you are ok.
In case you have any specific question feel free to ask.

Thanks.

So you don't see any concern with my ionized calcium levels? And I guess as far as A lifestyle change I quit drinking and smoking completely 8 months ago I only have a high protein low sugar low carb diet. I run 1/2 marathons on the weekend and yoga, horse back riding, hiking etc. on a daily basis. I just don't have the breath since the mold exposure. I am 120 lbs 5'5'' with a BMI of 19. I would not agree that my lifestyle contributes to this problem. I live next to XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and Cam Newton for goodness sakes. I have zero complaints as far as that goes anymore. Which is where my problem lies..... If its not my thyroid or allergies or hypoglycemia and 110% not my current (for the last 3 years) lifestyle is it actually possible that I am that fucked up?? I mean come on I am sure anxiety adds to the this but it is not the cause is it?

Hi,
Please mention your problems.
Your question was that what's my opinion about your vitals and blood work.
So have givenyou a general answer with regards to your reports.

Calcium in body is present in to forms-
Bounded form
Ionised form.
Increase in ionised calcium can cause symptoms associated with conduction defects in heart. However it's not necessary that every person with deranged ionised calcium has conduction defects.

Please specifically mention all your symptoms, treatment taken etc for further advice.

Waiting.
