Brief Answer:
Precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, good to talk to you again.
Your reports are largely fine except amniotic fluid is on lower side but still fine and high glucose tolerance test result.
Your hemoglobin is fine and taking regular iron supplements only will suffice and need of iron infusion is not there as yet.
For amniotic fluid also clexane and drips are not needed at this stage and only aspirin tablet and oral aminoacid supplements will suffice.
You can discuss this with your gynaecologist as in my opinion it is too premature to start such aggressive management.
But you should definitely curtail on sugar intake including rice and potatoes.
Avoid sweet fruits like grapes, mangoes and bananas.
Take toned milk and avoid ghee, butter and oily fried foods too.
After this diet control get a fasting and post meal sugar after 1 week from now
Take care
