It doesn't looks like leukaemia.

Hi , dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your hemoglobin is very low with high wbc count.

It looks like leukaemia reaction. So mostly it is due to some infection.

You need investigations to search the cause of anemia and high wbc count. So consult your hematologist and plan accordingly.
