Brief Answer:
Medicine as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The problem in her are hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism.
First, for cholesterol, she should be started on Tab Rosuvastatin ( Rosulip) 10 mg bedtime.
For hypothyroidism, She should have tab eltroxin 12.5 microgram, before breakfast once a day. If she is taking some antacid like pantoprazole then there should gap of atleast 30 min.
For hypertension, which is guess is under control, same should be continued.
She should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor resting blood pressure regularly once or twice a week. Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according her capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week, avoid meat. There shouldn't abdominal fat deposition or obesity. Get her sugars tested once..
